The only personal details this website collects are the ones you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, phone number, email address, the event or start date if you give one, and whatever you write about the event or site. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email instead, we hold the details you give us in that conversation.

The company that hosts the website may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure and are not used to identify or profile you.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not load fonts, scripts or embeds from third parties. There is nothing to consent to and no tracking to opt out of.

How We Use Your Details

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange the hire. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for marketing. Suppliers that process data on our behalf, such as our email and website hosting providers, only handle it so that your message reaches us and is stored securely.

The lawful basis for this under UK GDPR is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards to perform that contract.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any hire that follows, and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards. Details relating to enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted once they are no longer needed.
